Authentic Involvement

Authentic Involvement seeks to empower employees to take responsibility for safety on their own. When management has greater employee participation and accountability, employees are motivated to work toward greater safety responses organization-wide. This approach promotes the responsibilities, achievements, and recognition of employees to create a positive perception of safety involvement.
