The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires any organization that transports passengers with special needs to provide assistance training for drivers. This unique program not only covers defensive driving techniques and vehicle safety but also takes into account the special needs of passengers with disabilities. Course content includes vehicle inspection, handling a passenger pick-up site, defensive driving skills and techniques, maintaining a cushion of safety, passenger assistance procedures, effective communication skills and more. *Driver Response Book not included with Instructor Kit.
