Course content includes topics such as basic life support, recovery position, choking, heart attack and chest pain, bleeding and wound care, shock, burns, serious injuries, bone, joint, and muscle injuries, sudden illnesses, poisoning, cold and heat emergencies, and rescuing and moving victims.

This course is ideal for emergency response teams, safety personnel, supervisors, general public, and others seeking certification.

Each student will receive the 64-page workbook with full-color photographs, illustrations and skill demonstrations, the Pull-out First Aid Quick Guide, Course DVD with Video-Self-Instruction (VSI) training, and nationally recognized course completion cards. Certification is valid for 2 years.
