NSC Professional Truck Driver teaches drivers to remain incident and citation-free by focusing on collision prevention through hazard recognition and crash avoidance techniques. It addresses the most common causes of truck-related crashes and traffic violations. The course teaches proven collision prevention techniques through scenario-based training, hazard recognition reenactments, and crash avoidance procedures in a variety of driving situations, road and weather conditions and environments.
With the flexibility to teach the program in 3 or 4 hours, instructors can select the course duration based on corporate training goals, schedules and driver experience.
